The Spiritual Journey

For years, I looked for the answer. In teachers and traditions, in practices and philosophies, in the sacred texts of every lineage that called to me. I sought it in the outer world with the devotion of someone who truly believed it was there; just one more book, one more course, one more breakthrough away.

And then, slowly — the way real things always happen — I stopped looking out there. And everything I had been searching for was already present, already whole, already mine. It had never left. I had simply forgotten how to listen.

That is the work I share through The Space. Not to give you something you don’t have but to walk with you until you remember what you already are.

We are not broken. We are not behind. We are not in need of fixing. We have been taught to seek our wholeness everywhere except within; and the path home is simpler, more grounded, and more radical than anything the noise of the world has offered us.

This is not self-improvement. This is self-remembrance.

My Why…

I didn’t set out to be a teacher. I set out to find my way home.

My journey began in my early twenties; in a simple savasana that cracked something open. Body on the floor, breath releasing, and suddenly a depth of connection I had no language for. I just knew I had touched something real. Something that had always been there, waiting.

What followed was thirty years of living it. Not studying it from a distance — living it. Through motherhood and marriage, through loss and leadership, through the long quiet seasons of practice that no one sees and the sudden openings that change everything. Yoga and meditation were the first doorways. Then energy work, consciousness study, sound healing, the ancient wisdom of the feminine lineage. Each one a thread. Each one leading deeper inward.

The deepest work of my journey I had been doing quietly, privately, for myself with only Spirit to guide me until I began to feel it pressing outward. Not from ambition. From necessity. Because once you have touched genuine remembrance, once you have felt what it is to stop searching and simply arrive — you cannot unknow it. And you cannot stay silent about it.

That is why The Space exists. That is why I show up. Not because I have all the answers. But because I have walked this path long enough to know that you don’t need someone to hand you the answers. You need someone to walk beside you while you find your own.

That is the only role I have ever wanted.

Guide. Not guru. Companion. Not authority.

Who This Is For…

This is for the ones who feel the pull inward. Maybe you’ve been seeking for years. Maybe you’re just beginning to sense there is more. Maybe you’re at the edge of the tradition that shaped you, or maybe illness or disruption became the unexpected doorway. However you arrived, what matters is this: you already know the answers aren’t somewhere out there. That quiet pull you’re feeling now — that’s not frustration. That’s readiness. This work asks something of you. Not hours in a day, but a willingness to keep saying yes to yourself. If something in you is leaning toward yes, even quietly, you’re in the right place.

This is not a program. It is a path.

I resisted creating a framework for years. If you have felt the living, breathing, unmappable nature of genuine inner work — you will understand why. The self-development world has been largely built in the image of masculine energy: linear, goal-oriented, achievement-driven. Climb the ladder. Complete the levels. Arrive.

That model left me feeling empty.

The Inner Frontier path is not a ladder. It is a spiral. It returns. It deepens. It moves at the pace of genuine transformation — which is always the pace of a life, never the pace of a curriculum.

As I remembered life from the Divine Feminine perspective…one of ease, flow & grace; I resisted structure.  What I have come to understand on my own journey is this…structure is not the enemy of feminine energy. A riverbank is not the enemy of water. Without it, water simply spreads thin and loses its way. The framework exists not to contain this work — but to give it enough form that it can move through you, with you, as you.

Your journey through these layers will be entirely your own — shaped by your history, your body, your timing, your particular way of coming home. No two paths look the same. That is not a flaw in the design. That is the design.

The Inner Frontier Flow

Awaken

Most of us were never taught that we are more than a physical body. We are living energy systems…receivers and transmitters of a universal life force that moves through us and all around us in every moment. When we remember, we are able to reclaim.

From this remembrance our heart begins to open. Not just the physical heart; but the heart as an intelligent field. A doorway. The place where the mind’s endless searching finally releases, and something deeper and truer rises to meet us. Awakening begins here. Through the body. With the breath. In the radical act of moving out of the head and into the vast, intelligent space of the heart.

This is the first and most essential movement of the entire path — learning to live from the heart space rather than from the noise of the conditioned mind. Everything else flows from this opening and we remember our own innate power of creation.

This is an elevated, feminine approach to energy work that dissolves what has been stored, restores what has been forgotten, and opens the body and the heart to be in alignment with the mind.

 Remember

Once the heart begins to open and the body begins to soften, the mind follows. This layer is where we work at the intersection of neuroscience, yogic wisdom, and the consciousness teachings that have guided seekers across centuries.

Here we cultivate a vision not as a goal to achieve but as a frequency to inhabit remembering to live as an empowered being rather than from a conditioned and possibly traumatic past. This is the work of identity, of Heart, Mind, Body Connection. The heart — now more open, more available — becomes the compass and the mind the powerful antenna in service to the Soul’s Journey. You are no longer led by the opinions of others or the ancestral traumas of your lineage. What leads now is the deep, quiet knowing that lives within and has always known the way.

Remembering is not an intellectual process. It is a heart process. We remember with the body, with the breath, with the felt sense of who we truly are beneath everything we have been taught to believe about ourselves.

Expand

There is a time that arrives on the journey when the inner work stops being something you tend to privately — and begins to move. Outward. Into the way you speak and listen. Into your creative work and your leadership. Into the quality of presence you bring to every relationship, every room, every ordinary moment.

This is Expansion — not as ambition, but as overflow. The natural result of a heart that has opened, a self that has been remembered, a vision that has been claimed. You are not trying to show up differently. You simply do. Because something has genuinely shifted at the center, the expression of it in the world cannot help but follow.

An open heart is not a vulnerable heart in the fearful sense. It is a courageous one. Expansion asks us to lead from that courage — not performing, not striving — simply allowing what is true inside to become visible outside.

This is also where community deepens. Where we begin to understand that our path was never meant to be walked alone — and that our presence, our story, our becoming, is itself a gift to others on the same journey.

Embody

Embodiment is different from everything that came before it. Awakening is a recognition. Remembering is a return. Expanding is a movement. Embodiment is none of these things. It is a settledness. A becoming so complete that the seeker no longer experiences the work as something you do — you simply live it.

The breath is no longer a technique. Presence is no longer something you practice. It is who you are when you walk into a room. The heart is no longer something you open deliberately. It is simply open — your natural state, your default, your home.

Coming home is coming back to the heart. Not once, in a single awakening moment — but again and again, in the ordinary moments of an ordinary life. Until one day the returning happens so naturally, so quickly, so completely — that you realize you have never really left. This is enough. This is everything.

This layer is the foundation — which is why it appears last. Not as a destination to arrive at and be done with, but as the ground that holds all the other layers. The place we spiral back to, each time more deeply, each time more at ease with what we find there.

No dogma. No hierarchy. Just truth — and Love.

Looking for Guidance?

A discovery call is a good place to start.  A time for simple, unhurried conversation. No agenda other than this: to hear where you are, share what the work looks like, and sense together whether this is the right path for you right now.

There is no wrong answer. There is only the truth of where you are.

If something in you is leaning toward yes — even quietly, even uncertainly — that is enough to begin.
