As I sit this morning and relish in the stillness that has been created in and with God’s Presence, I ask: What is the very best way that I can support others on this journey of Remembering and awakening to the truth of who we are today?

And God whispers into my heart to remember the power of intention. The power of intentional thoughts. Intentional words. Intentional actions. And how, through that power, our lives ultimately become much easier to understand and navigate.

The intention of presence and practice. The intention that I am present to receive. The intention that I trust. The intention to surrender my own thoughts, desires, and will into the One Heart of God, Source.

When I make this intention, this commitment to Presence, peace, ease, grace, freedom, compassion, joy, and love become so much more available for me to experience.

Our world is a mirror. There is no doubt of this truth for me anymore. I have seen and experienced far too much to have any remnants of doubt remaining.

There is, of course, the collective mirror. And there is the personal mirror. The one thing we are in charge of is how we are going to choose to be each and every day to affect the personal mirror which ultimately can impact the collective mirror. There is zero doubt for me anymore that this is a choice.

I acknowledge that there are obstacles along the way, but that is simply what they are. Obstacles.

We decide how big or small an obstacle becomes through the perspective we choose and the way we respond.

And, of course, the lens through which we see life has been shaped by what we have lived. We carry traumas, habitual patterns, ancestral wounds, and old ways of protecting ourselves that must be seen, acknowledged, and brought back into wholeness so that we can meet life with greater clarity.

That is simply part of the work. Part of the journey for all of us. And within that work, there is still choice.

The practice is choosing intentional Presence, moment by moment, day by day. It doesn’t go away. It is a lifetime practice. A choice made again and again.

This practice can become more difficult when we are moving through spaces where Presence, love, and awareness are not what is being reflected back to us.

And most of us are not here to remove ourselves from the world. We have work. Families. Relationships. Responsibilities.

We move through environments and circumstances that may feel noisy, heavy, distracted, or disconnected from the truth we are working so intentionally to remember. That is part of being here having this human journey.

The practice is not to avoid those spaces, but to learn how to remain connected to ourselves within them. To become discerning about what we allow into our awareness. To clear and strengthen our own field. To return, again and again, to what we know to be true.

Remembering that you are the light. That you are a Divine spark of creation. That you are awakening to your own power and potential in and with Source.

And when we trust that we are exactly where we are meant to be, even the more difficult spaces begin to hold purpose.

Our work becomes remembering our own light when it is not being reflected back to us. Remembering the love that is the truth of who we are. And then, to the very best of our ability, bringing that light and that love into whatever places, relationships, and circumstances are before us.

To be able to do that, we must be highly intentional and aware of our own practice. We simply must make time and create space to strengthen our own energetic field, our own knowing, our own connection to I AM Presence.

And when you do this intentionally each day, morning and night, and in those moments throughout the day when you simply remember to take a breath… and let go… you begin again.

Reminding yourself: All is well.

If you do this over and over again, if you speak or listen to words of empowerment, words of faith, and words of Universal Truth, ultimately you begin to crack open the deep well of wisdom within. The wisdom that is One.

Because there is nothing outside of you. You have it all within. You simply have to practice.

You simply have to make the choice, each and every day, with earnest intention: To be present. To listen. To surrender. To trust.
