What is a Reiki Attunement
A Reiki attunement is an energetic initiation – an opening.
A sacred transmission that supports you in remembering life force energy in your body, mind, and spirit.

Ananda Reiki draws from the honored Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki lineage (Levels I & II) expanded with mindfulness practices and wisdom inspired by the mystery schools of ascension.
Here, ancient transmission meets present-time light work.
This journey weaves traditional Reiki teachings with ascension-aligned practices, mindful awareness, and embodied integration so Reiki becomes not just something you practice, but something you live.

Treasure is a Reiki Master, meditation teacher, and spiritual guide devoted to supporting others in remembering their innate wholeness and living from embodied presence. Rooted in the Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki lineage, her work honors tradition while gently expanding into ascension-aligned practices, mindful awareness, and lived spiritual wisdom.
With over 25 years of experience guiding individuals and groups through healing, awakening, and integration, Treasure creates sacred containers that are safe, reverent, and deeply nourishing. Her approach is grounded, intuitive, and compassionate supporting nervous system regulation, intuitive clarity, and a sustainable relationship with spiritual practice.
At the heart of her work is a simple devotion: to walk beside others as they remember who they are, reconnect with Universal Life Force energy, and embody a way of living rooted in presence, trust, and love.

Do I need prior experience with Reiki or energy work?
No. This journey is open to both beginners and those already familiar with Reiki or spiritual practice. The teachings and attunements are offered in a clear, accessible way that meets you exactly where you are.
What if I already have a Reiki attunement or am a Reiki practitioner?
You are warmly welcome. Many already-attuned practitioners feel called to Awaken Ananda Reiki to deepen their relationship with Reiki, receive fresh transmission, and experience the work in a more embodied, devotional, and integrative way.
Is this training more spiritual or more practical?
Both. Awaken Ananda Reiki honors the spiritual roots of Reiki while offering grounded, practical guidance you can integrate into daily life. You’ll receive teachings, practices, and support that help you live Reiki not just learn about it.
Will I be able to practice Reiki on myself and others after this?
Yes. You will receive Reiki Level I & II attunements and teachings that support self-practice and you will be certified to offer Reiki to others. How and whether you choose to share the work beyond yourself is entirely up to you.
Is Reiki affiliated with a specific religion or belief system?
No. Reiki is spiritual but not religious. It works beautifully alongside all faiths, belief systems, and personal paths. You are invited to engage with the work in a way that honors your own relationship with the Divine.
What happens between sessions?
You will receive knowledge of the Usui Shiki Ryoho method of Reiki through online sources as well as ongoing guidance and support to help integrate the work into your daily life.
What if I miss a session?
Because this is an intimate small-group experience, attendance is strongly encouraged. If something unexpected arises, we will explore supportive options together whenever possible. If you know in advance that one session will not work we can explore 1:1 options.
