Alignment Code Retreat

Unlock Your Spiritual Potential

If you are a woman who feels disconnected from yourself and the deeper meaning you long for, join me in Sedona for The Alignment Code Retreat where you’ll uncover what has been blocking your peace and receive your codes to live with clarity, connection, and purpose.

April 23–26, 2026 • Sedona, Arizona

The Invitation

You wake up to soft desert light across the red rocks. The house is quiet. No one needs anything from you. You take a warm drink outside and breathe. Really breathe. Your shoulders drop. Your mind settles. Your body remembers what ease feels like.

You were made for a life that feels aligned from the inside out.
A life where your mind rests, your body softens, your inner wisdom leads, and the power of Presence becomes your natural way of being.

This retreat is an embodied journey into that remembering.
Rooted in the teachings of Mindfulness, Yoga & Reiki, this three-day immersion invites you to unwind old patterns, attune to your own inner truth, and step into a way of living where alignment isn’t something you chase—

It is something you remember.

What You'll Receive

Over three days, we explore the essential code that governs alignment:

Breath. Awareness. Stillness. Energy. Intentional action.

A Return to Simplicity

Overthinking softens, self-fixing falls away, and ease arises naturally as you rest in your own aware presence.

Embodied Presence

Remember what it means to live moment by moment, breath by breath, in intimate connection with your inner guidance.

Energetic Restoration

Release stagnant energy and emotional holding as breath, sound, and guided presence open the doorway to deep inner healing.

Spaciousness

A safe container where your spirituality is explored gently, authentically, and without pressure to be anything other than yourself.

Your Alignment Code

Daily rituals for an aligned life: simple, sacred practices that cultivate breath, body awareness, intention, and presence. This work will guide you into self-inquiry that opens rather than overwhelms.

When the heart says yes and the mind hesitates, something within you is waking.

Real Stories

These reflections come from women who trusted the call inward and stepped into deep remembering and transformation.

“I went in not knowing anyone and left feeling completely held. Treasure guided us with such care that I actually trusted myself to step outside my comfort zone. The food, the home, the energy, everything was intentional. I will absolutely do this again.”
— Past Retreat Guest
“I came away with a deeper understanding of myself and my place in the world. I never expected to feel so grounded and seen. It was exactly what I needed, even though I did not know what to expect.”
— Past Retreat Guest
“From the moment I arrived, I felt cared for. I left knowing how to stay connected to myself without fear. The food, the house, the practices, the women… I have been craving that feeling ever since.”
— Past Retreat Guest
“I was nervous because I am introverted and early in my spiritual exploration. I left with the clarity and connection I could not find on my own. Even my family noticed the shift. This changed everything for me.”
— Past Retreat Guest
"This experience goes beyond the absolute best gift I could have ever given myself; it continues to grow with each person I’ve encountered since. Even my most skeptical family members can’t help but notice the shift in me through our interactions – which just further validates my experience. I feel a connection to my inner wisdom, and a renewed motivation for life itself."
— Past Retreat Guest

The Setting

Sedona is not a backdrop. It is part of the work.

The red rock formations of Sedona, the vast, open sky, and the air that listens quietly do something subtle and profound to your nervous system; it softens you. Here, the land naturally invites you out of urgency and into presence, creating a spaciousness where truth can surface without effort or force. You feel held, not by a structure or a schedule, but by the ancient steadiness of the Earth itself.

This landscape is not a backdrop to the work; it is part of the work. We listen to the rhythms of the land, move in harmony with its pace, and allow its grounded wisdom to support our own remembering. We work with the land, not around it, letting its silence, beauty, and quiet power guide us back to what is essential.

And Then There Are the Wolves

A once-in-a-lifetime experience. Our private visit to a local wolf sanctuary offers a visceral experience of instinct and presence. It helps bypass the mind. It wakes something up. It invites you to trust your inner signal again.

Your Sanctuary

This is not a hotel. This is a sanctuary—a safe and lovely home with loads of personality.

A spacious desert sanctuary in Sedona, this 6,700 sq ft retreat home is designed to support deep rest, connection, and ease. Surrounded by sweeping red rock views, it offers generous gathering spaces, quiet rooms for reflection, dedicated meditation and yoga areas, and restorative outdoor amenities.  Including a heated pool, jacuzzi, patios, and a fire pit; creating a grounded, nourishing environment where the nervous system can soften and the journey of remembering can unfold naturally.

Designed for you to soften, arrive, and exhale.

The Journey

Nothing here is meant to be rushed or completed.  This is a living arc designed to walk with you well beyond these days together.

Awakening to the Self

The first day invites you into a gentle descent; out of the noise and into presence. There is time to slow down, to breathe, to soften the body, and to listen for the quiet whisper beneath the mind’s constant motion. You are welcomed into a spacious field where nothing needs to be fixed, healed, or figured out.

  • This day offers:

    • Grounding breath and simple awareness practices

    • Stillness, inner listening, and conscious body awareness

    • A compassionate exploration of your inner landscape

You are met exactly where you are and gently guided home to yourself.

Breath, Body & the Inner
Environment

The second day deepens your relationship with the body as a living field of awareness. Attention turns toward breath, sensation, emotion, and the subtle rhythms of the nervous system. Through embodied exploration, alignment becomes something you feel rather than think about.

  • This day includes:

    • Guided breath practices that calm and regulate the nervous system

    • Mindful movement and emotional awareness

    • Gentle exploration of subconscious and energetic patterns

Here, clarity arises not through effort, but through embodied presence.

Aligning with Truth & Action

The final day is a gathering and a grounding. What has been felt and remembered begins to settle into clarity, revealing what is essential and true for you. Insight softens into integration, and presence finds its way into daily life.

  • This day offers:

    • Quiet integration, reflection, and gentle ceremony

    • A visit to a wolf sanctuary, deepening presence through communion with the natural world

    • Space to clarify intention and anchor what you are carrying forward

You leave not with more to do, but with a grounded sense of trust, direction, and inner coherence; ready to move forward with ease.

In Our Time Together…

This retreat is not about becoming someone new. It’s about remembering the truth of who you already are.

Is This For You?

This journey is for you if…

This is not for you if…

Often, the clearest doorway sounds like a soft yes in the body, even when the mind feels unsure.

Questions

It is normal to feel excited and nervous. Here are some answers.

If you still have hesitation or questions we are happy to discuss email hello@thespaceaz.org

Being new is not a disadvantage—it’s often a gift. This space is intentionally spacious and non-performative, allowing you to explore presence, breath, and awareness without pressure to know, believe, or do anything a certain way.

Your faith will be honored and never challenged or replaced. The practices offered are invitational, not doctrinal, and are meant to support presence, awareness, and inner listening within the framework of your own beliefs.

Yes—and it’s natural to wonder how. This time isn’t about abandoning your life, but tending to yourself so you can return with greater clarity, presence, and capacity for what and who you love.

No. While emotions may naturally arise at times, this retreat is not designed as constant deep emotional processing. The focus is on presence, regulation, and integration, allowing insight and healing to unfold gently rather than through intensity.

This experience is designed for those who value depth over noise. Silence, personal space, and gentle connection are honored, allowing introverts to move at their own natural rhythm.
