1 can organic chickpeas (no salt added) drained, reserving 2 TBSP of the liquid
1 cup Cilantro (Fresh leaves)
1 large avocado , halved and pitted
½ lemon juice (about 1 TBSP)
1 tsp diced garlic
¼ tsp ground cumin
1/3 cup sliced hot jalapeño peppers
Salt and pepper to taste
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
